From September 9 to 11, 2026, the 32nd Vietnam International Industrial Fair (VIIF 2026) will take place at the Vietnam Exhibition Centre (VEC) in Hanoi. EKM will present its comprehensive range of industrial cleaning equipment at Booth C18, Hall 3, connecting with manufacturing professionals from around the world to explore the latest developments in industrial cleaning technology.
Southeast Asia’s Premier Industrial Event
As one of the most influential industrial exhibitions in Southeast Asia, VIIF 2026 is themed “Building an Open and Win-Win Vietnam Industrial Ecosystem.” The fair spans over 40,000 square meters with more than 1,500 standard booths, and is expected to bring together over 500 enterprises from more than 50 countries and regions, along with 20,000+ professional visitors.
Organized by the Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Innovation Center under the Ministry of Science and Technology, VIIF has grown through 31 editions into a key platform for Vietnam’s industrial sector to connect with international resources and showcase cutting-edge technologies.
Vietnam’s Manufacturing Upgrade Drives Demand for Industrial Cleaning
In recent years, Vietnam’s manufacturing sector has undergone rapid transformation and upgrading. Metal processing output has maintained double-digit growth, and automotive component exports have increased significantly. Hanoi and its surrounding areas have become home to global electronics giants including Intel, Samsung, and Foxconn, driving sustained demand for precision processing and cleaning technologies on production lines.
Meanwhile, with growing environmental awareness and the deepening of Industry 4.0 principles, advanced cleaning technologies such as laser cleaning and dry ice cleaning are gradually replacing traditional mechanical grinding and chemical cleaning methods. These technologies find wide applications in rust removal, paint stripping, mold cleaning, and weld seam preparation. Given the limited domestic supply of high-end cleaning equipment in Vietnam, there is substantial room for import demand.
