Product Overview

Centrifugal oil mist filter is the mainstream equipment for purifying oil mist and oil fume in industrial workshops. Its core relies on high-speed centrifugal force and multi-stage filtration to separate oil mist. Working principle

1. The polluted air around the machine tool will be sucked into the pre-treatment chamber at the bottom of the LX product.
2. The centrifugal force generated by the rotating turbine accelerates the coalescence principle, making the oil mist easily combine and transform into a liquid state.
3. Multi level and high-efficiency filter cotton can intercept and capture even the smallest particulate pollutants, preventing pollutants from being released and diffused again in the factory workshop.
4. Special oil discharge pipe design sends oil back to the machine for reuse

Product functions and features

The centrifugal oil mist filter is based on the principle of adding multi-stage filtration to the centrifuge, collecting and purifying oil mist and flue gas: 1. Through the high-speed operation of the centrifugal wheel, the oil mist is collected onto high-precision nanofiber materials, which are adsorbed and fused into oil particles. Under the action of the induced draft wheel, an oil tank is installed inside to guide the oil particles to the oil outlet, and then flow back to the cutting water tank through the oil discharge pipe. 2. Equipped with secondary filter cotton, it filters oil mist and smoke with a thickness of over 3um, collects it, and directs it back to the oil return tank. 3. The high-efficiency filter can collect and purify 0.5um oil mist flue gas, and the filtered air can be directly discharged into the workshop.
